WeHo: Proudly Progressive

West Hollywood is easily considered Los Angeles’ epicenter for LGBT culture. Our progressive spirit has made it one of the world’s top gay vacation spots and the setting for the annual LA Pride celebration, which has occurred every June since 1970. With more than one-third of the population identifying as LGBT, West Hollywood has long been a leader in protecting and advocating for equal rights for the LGBT community. We are proud of the diverse collection of vibrant West Hollywood gay bars, luxurious spas and unparalleled shopping and dining located near Le Parc Suite Hotel. Experience LGBT Los Angeles culture with us.

LA Pride

Started in 1970, LA Pride honors what many consider to be one of the foremost events in the history of lesbian and gay rights, the Stonewall Riots, which took place on June 28, 1969 at Manhattan's Stonewall gay bar. Every year in June, the festival brings prominent speakers, marches, parades, musical events and more in celebration. Learn more about this year's LA Pride here.
