Already relaxed by the serene elegance at the entrance of the Parc Hotel in West Hollywood, the arrival of Dolly Parton the same day only reinforced my initial impression that mine was going to be an enjoyable stay. Despite being surrounded by the usual bustle of Hollywood and the fact that the hotel warmly welcomes your pets, one is relaxed by the decor’s warm colors and the attentive, diplomatic attention and respect for privacy paid by the staff. Tracie Martyn visits Le Parc during Oscar Week 2010

New York based beauty expert and celebrity facialist Tracie Martyn, set up her own luxurious salon in a spacious suite at Le Parc the two weeks prior to the 2010 Oscars. Using her patented all-natural, anti-aging skin care line made with organic ingredients, Martyn prepared her her A-List clientele for the red carpet with her famous Resculpting Facial--"Hollywood's Favorite Beauty Secret."
During her stay at Le Parc, Tracie Martyn also met with General Manager, John Douponce. While the two chatted, Martyn's adorable dog, Lucy, soaked up the LA sun and spent time with Jackson Oscar, Director of Pet Relations at Le Parc.
Le Parc looks forward to welcoming Tracie, her partner, Marius Morariu, and Lucy again soon!

"Situated on a quiet, tree-lined residential street, Le Parc is a sophisticated and stylish all-suite hotel that attracts an interesting mix of clientele: Designers stay here because it's a few minutes' walk to the Pacific Design Center, celebrities in the music industry stay because of its low-key neighborhood location, patients and medical consultants check in because it's close to Cedars-Sinai, and tourists enjoy being near the Farmers Market, the Beverly Center, and Museum Row. The nicely furnished apartment-like units are extra large -- studios are 650 square feet, one-bedrooms 875 square feet -- and each has a well-outfitted kitchenette, a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and a balcony. What the hotel lacks in views it makes up for in value and elbowroom. The hotel's restaurant, "Knoll at Le Parc," is a hidden gem, offering very good food and romantic alfresco seating at the rooftop dining area.
