No doubt about it, the dust hasn’t settled for No Doubt. They're on the road and packing not one, not two, but six shows at the Gibson Amphitheatre - November 24 to December 4.
No Doubt has had a rough and shaky start when they released their self-titled debut album back in 1992. It failed to make an impact despite of their quite unique offering of ska-influenced rock music. Their second attempt, “The Beacon Street Collection” (1995) was better but not quite spectacular as well. Their third album “Tragic Kingdom” (1995) created a huge sparkle, being diamond-certified, and its carrier single “Don’t Speak” set a new record by spending 16 weeks at the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart. That was the start of their long and illustrious career which still shines to this day. The world took notice and raved about their ska-punk sound. As of last counting, they have sold 33 million albums worldwide. In 2008, they took their time in writing and producing their studio album in 11 years. The result is “Push and Shove”, released September 2012.
